Please purchase an appropriate amount of insurance. Frame By Frame Video Transfers and its proprietor are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Liability of Frame by Frame Video Transfers, its officers, employees and directors is limited to a refund of the purchase price of any item or service purchased.
